This policy explains how Lucid Rise collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

Account data (email, encrypted password); usage data (Rise sessions, progress stats, ranks, identified Ghosts); payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe, never stored on our servers).

3. Purposes

Used to provide the service, manage subscriptions, and communicate with you.

4. Legal basis

Contract performance and, where applicable, consent for non-essential cookies.

5. Retention period

Kept while the account is active, deleted within 12 months after account deletion, unless longer retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Contact contact@lucidrise.app, or file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data is hosted via Supabase and Lovable Labs Incorporated (US), shared with Stripe for payments. Never sold to third parties.
