Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the Lucid Rise application.
Article 2 — Offers and pricing
Lucid Rise offers two subscription plans, displayed in euros (tax included) on the /tarifs page: FOCUS Monthly (€5.50/month, no commitment) and GHOST Annual (€29.99/year). Prices may change; changes do not affect subscriptions already taken out at the rate in effect at subscription time, except for the GHOST offer's price-lock guarantee.
Article 3 — Payment terms
Payment is made online, by credit card, via our secure processor Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Article 4 — Access to the service
Access is activated immediately upon payment validation.
Article 5 — Publisher
Lucid Rise is published by Keryan Bischoff, sole proprietor (micro-entrepreneur), SIRET 988 611 240 00017.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification, per applicable French consumer law. Contact contact@lucidrise.app to exercise it.
Article 7 — Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled anytime from the account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund unless legally required.
Article 8 — Liability
Lucid Rise supports personal discipline; the publisher is not liable for results obtained, which depend solely on the user.
Article 9 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law.
